For my twin nieces birthday we let them decorate their own cake (with help from me to get them the basic cake they wanted). My one niece makes me so proud! She wanted to make a brain cake. I got her started carving out the cake to make a brain. I rolled on the layer of fondant and had her press in the fondant where she had carved out the cake.... I made her some eyeballs and let her drizzle red glaze on it. I'm not showing the red glaze, because by the time she was done it was hard to see the brain any more! LOL! We had a blast!
